Delivery and returns
We deliver to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Türkiye and internationally. Delivery has one flat price per region.

How long it takes
- Ready pieces leave our studio within 2 to 4 working days.
- Made-to-order pieces take 1 to 3 weeks to make before they are sent.
- Custom studio pieces take longer; we tell you the time with your price.
Returns
Ready pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we will explain how to send it back.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong piece
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will repair, remake or refund it.
