We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order. We do not sell your information, show you ads or use tracking cookies.

What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address, and what you ordered.
- When you send a custom request: the same contact details, your design, your notes and any photos you upload.
- For a short time, a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, used only to stop abuse such as repeated spam orders.
What stays on your device
Your bag, your studio draft and your chosen delivery region are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you order or send a request.
Who handles it
The site and its data are hosted by Google Firebase. Delivery partners receive the name, phone number and address they need to deliver your order. If you use the AI pattern designer with your own AI chat, what you type there is shared with that service under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order and request records for as long as the law requires for sales records, and photos only as long as they are needed to make your piece. Hashed internet addresses are deleted automatically within a day.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
