Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. Crochet cannot be made by machine, so every stitch of every piece is made by hand.
How do I pay?
In the Kurdistan Region and Türkiye you can pay in cash when your order arrives. You can also arrange payment with us on WhatsApp. Card payment is coming soon.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest. After you order you get a private link where you can follow it.
How does a custom piece work?
Open the custom studio, choose a piece and your size, and change any stitch you like. Add photos and notes, and send it. We review the design, reply with a price and a time, and start only after you accept.
What is the AI pattern designer?
In the studio you can describe a pattern in words and have an AI draw it in our yarns. The studio checks the pattern before you place it, and we check it again before we make it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Until we start making or sending your piece, we can usually change or cancel it.
Why do two pieces of the same design look slightly different?
Because they are made by hand. Small differences in tension and colour are part of every handmade piece.
