Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order and custom request placed on this site.
Draft: the Nexş team still has to confirm these details.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when we accept it, not when you place it. If we cannot make or deliver a piece, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery region and include the price of the piece. Delivery is added at checkout as one flat price per region.
Custom pieces
A custom request is not an order until you accept our price. Because a custom piece is made to your design, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or differs from the design you accepted. Designs that copy someone else's logo, brand or artwork may be declined.
Handmade differences
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in size, tension and colour from the photos are normal and are not a fault.
Returns and faults
Returns, damaged pieces and wrong pieces are handled as described on the delivery and returns page.
